“We have stayed at several locations on St. John including Peter Bay and Cruz Bay. This was probably our favorite location. The views were fantastic, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. […] Lavender Hill is within walking distance to everything in Cruz Bay. The condo unit itself was very tastefully appointed, clean, and updated. The property manager was a pleasure to deal with and very flexible as well as available for any needs or questions. Will definitely stay here again.”

“The house and location were perfect! We loved this home, the balcony overlooking the beach was especially great. There was construction that was loud happening behind the home, which we knew they could not control, but Jared still offered to buy a breakfast to apologize for the noise. Keri and Jared were pleasant and accommodating from the beginning and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. Highly recommend this place!”

“This 2br villa was perfect for our family of 4. It's an easy walk to/from Village of Cruz Bay, which is convenient for restaurants, getting a rental Jeep, and for the ferry. The pool was nice to relax in after a long day at the beach, and the kitchen completely stocked if we decided to eat in. Parking was very easy. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa.”
