The shady lower porch has two hanging chairs for reading and relaxing and the gas grill is ready next to the hammock for the perfect afternoon hangout.

“My family of 4 had the perfect stay at this beautiful villa! All About the View had everything we needed for our vacation. The views are incredible along with the constant breeze. Maho is only 8 minutes away while Trunk Bay/Cruz Bay is a short 15-20 minute Jeep ride. We slept very well which is not common on vacations. [...] The grill was perfect for hamburgers/hotdogs and the kitchen was well stocked. My wife and I both agreed that the morning coffee was exceptional while changing up our morning view every day. The pool was refreshing after a long beach day and the swinging hammocks added an extra touch. Jared's team did a great job communicating and we had a very smooth check-in. [...]. “Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at All About the View. The pictures don’t do the views justice. They are spectacular. I think we spent 90% of our time there on the porch looking at beautiful Coral Bay. We have stayed in Cruz Bay before and wanted to try a different part of the island. We loved this location in that it’s quiet and peaceful but also still easy to get to both East and West ends. A little bit of a drive (15 min) to get to dinners in Cruz but we embraced driving the jeep on the windy roads with windows down. Really close to north shore beaches and Reef Bay Trail. Layout is great- comfortable, has everything you would need. We loved the outdoor shower and the bathroom off the pool. Note: the second bedroom is detached from main house if you have really small children that may get scared- but great for older children or 2 couples that want privacy. We hope to be back for sure and will miss the VIEWS!!! Hosts communication awesome.”

“This villa is conveniently located and absolutely perfect for 2 couples. It has many amenities and is a stunning villa. The pictures are very good. The furniture is well kept and nice.
