Paraíso Azul - Perfect 5 bedroom for large groups and families, huge views, pool, and hot tub.

Paraíso Azul (formerly Caribe Villa).  Paraíso translates simply as Paradise, but it means so much more than that.  It's the feeling you get when you first see the views from the house.  It's the vastness and unbridled beauty of the infinite horizon.  It means the perfect blend of blue waters below, the tropical flowers blowing in the breeze.  It's the heavenly feel of the whole pristine earth and sky surrounding you.  A view bigger than can be imagined and one beyond words. 

From the expansive coral stone pool deck you can relax and enjoy the cool, steady TradeWinds, warm sunshine, stargazing, yacht spotting, turquoise reefs, endless vast ocean views, amazing moon rises and some of the most colorful inspiring sun rises you will ever watch.  As you enter the well cared for property through the magical Morrocan iron gates, the view will instantly overtake you.  To the left is the great room and full kitchen with indoor dining, couch for 10 and entertainment center. The WIFI network features 50Mb/s service and has numerous access points throughout the property.  Outside, the covered outdoor dining area seats 10 and the chaise lounges are lined up over the sea like your own private Yacht. 

Across the pool deck, there are two of the 5 bedrooms, both with en-suite baths.  The Great Room, Kitchen, and two upper bedrooms are all on the same level with no stairs from the driveway at all. 

Downstairs are 3 master suites with king beds and ensuite baths.  Two of the King rooms also have a twin bed which is perfect for parents with young kids.  All of the lower bedrooms have amazing views of the ocean from the bed.

From the villa you will enjoy dramatic clear turquoise reefs below, pristine National Park coastline, and crisp horizon views of the vast blue sea, sunrises, and moonrises. An immaculate spacious villa that sleeps up to 12 with 5 bedrooms, a dining lounge area on the huge coral stone pool patio, a full kitchen, AC in the bedrooms, a robust wifi network, hot tub and all ensuite baths make this the perfect family getaway or large party retreat.

Guests have access to Laundry on the main level as well as the protected back grill patio which is perfect for playing games outside.

“Five couples enjoyed our time together in this beautiful home on St. John. The location was perfect to get to everything easily on the island. It was a perfect location to relax on the porch, by the pool, or inside. We appreciated the extra refrigerator for drinks and the coolers for beach days. Every bedroom was clean and comfortable. The views were gorgeous all day long from the sunrise to watching the stars at night. The kitchen was well stocked and the home is clean. “We stayed at Paraiso Azul with a family of 8. Walking through the gates to the property is your first chance to take in the amazing view you will enjoy during your stay, with views of villas in Rendezvous Bay and Ditleff Point, and ocean views as far as you can see. Each room was well appointed. The room we stayed in had an outdoor shower with an amazing view of the sea. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough items needed for cooking. Lots of outdoor space to relax, both upstairs and downstairs. We reported an issue requiring attention during our stay and the team was entirely responsive, with people out to resolve it in such a quick turnaround time while keeping us updated all along the way. This is a great team to rent from, and we would rent again from them.”

“What an amazing vacation we had in St. John, especially because our home away from home was unbelievable! The pictures of Paradiso Azul does not do it justice! First of all, the villa is SPOTLESS! I have OCD and am overly picky about cleanliness and I could not find an issue. Second, the house is beautifully decorated and any item you could imagine is in the villa! Third, the host, Jared, and his connoisseur, Keri, were amazing!! Any question or recommendation is answered immediately! Lastly, this is just a wonderful property and if you are fortunate enough to book it, you will not regret it!!!”

“Just wrapped up a spectacular week with four couples at Paraiso Azul. Could NOT have chosen a better place. Communication from the beginning was exceptional whether it was with Jared or the concierge, Keri. Very responsive. Perfect set-up at the house for four couples. First level has a comfortable living/kitchen area, , two detached bedrooms, an outdoor grilling area with refrigerator and a spacious outdoor pool deck with amazing views of Rendezvous Bay. (Make sure you see the sunrise!!) Lower level has three more bedrooms. Location is 5 minutes from Starfish Market and 8 minutes from Downtown/Cruz Bay Area. The perfect set-up to spend time with friends/family. Plenty of space to gather coupled with the privacy of your own personal space. We miss it already!!”

Close to cruz bay, hiking & beaches, Paraiso Azul is a clean and airy, spacious and lovely, a luxurious home base to explore all of the island's delights. Great recommendations before we got there to make all the reservations for boat cruises, fishing and dinners. Drive there and driveway from Cruz bay was scary but our driver (brother - in - law) got the hang of it. Had 4 teenagers with us and it was a spectacular vacation. Can’t wait to go back!”
