The spacious Great Room opens onto a large Travertine veranda, where an outdoor dining table overlooks the ever-changing bay below — the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or sunset dinner. Step outside to the small private dipping pool with a waterfall feature, surrounded by lush tropical gardens that invite you to slow down and savor the moment. In addition there is a hot tub located on the lower level to enjoy the views across the bay.

Inside, the villa’s artistically curated decor gives every space a unique feel, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for easy island living. Downstairs the two air-conditioned king bedrooms have a thoughtfully designed bathroom featuring an outdoor shower, allowing you to refresh beneath the island sky. An additional full bathroom is located upstairs off the Great Room with a stone walled outdoor shower.

“Jared’s place was perfect for our small family. My daughter started every day with a dip in the plunge pool and then hot tub! The views made the place! Pristine beauty visible from every room. Kitchen was well stocked. We especially appreciated the ice machine and filtered water. Coral Bay was the perfect quiet spot for us. We loved being close to Salt Pond Bay and Johnny Lime! Johnny Lime has the best food on island. The beaches of St. John were just what the doctor ordered. We would def come back.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at SeaRock on St. John. We returned to the island 20 years after our honeymoon here and found this home fit all our requirements. A beautiful view of the bay, air-conditioned bedrooms, a pool, bedroom that had a beautiful view, a nice and functional kitchen and just a beautiful, light, clean space for us to relax and spend time together. This exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was fully equipped, the air conditioned bedrooms were a nice retreat from the heat, the pool was a great way to relax at the end of the day, the deck was the perfect place to watch the sunrise (and the moon) and enjoy a cup of coffee. The beds were super comfortable and the linens and towels were high quality. Surprisingly, there were hardly any bugs in the house even though it's equipped with screens all the way around (which made a nice cross-breeze) the main floor. We can't wait to come back!!!”

“We absolutely loved this property. The views are absolutely stunning. It had everything we needed. The communication was fantastic and they even checked in on us a few times via text. You only need to turn the AC on at night in the bedrooms and we shut it off during the day to not waste electricity. The location is perfect. It truly was paradise. Thank you for a wonderful stay. “We just returned from our stay at Sea Rock. We love this villa. The location is wonderful and easy to get to. The view is absolutely amazing! The villa was stocked with everything we needed - beach towels, chairs, ice chest, and snorkel equipment. Beds were very comfortable! We would 100% recommend staying here. “We had a great experience at SeaRock last week for spring break. The team was very responsive in advance answering our questions about what was in the house to use. Check in was super smooth with Kevin walking us through the entire house. Everything we needed was there from beach towels, chairs and a cooler to kitchen appliances/tools/pans to cook when we wanted. There were even ice packs in the freezer! Check out was also an easy process. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning time in St John at Coral Bay”

“Searock was an amazing villa in Coral Bay. From our greeter to the management team that helped us to extend our stay after FAA issues delayed our arrival. Its a very peaceful location with beautiful views of the sunrise and bay but only a short drive across island to Cruz Bay. Groceries and a few restaurants are close by in Coral Bay. We highly recommend this property and absolutely enjoyed our stay.”

“We stayed in this house years ago when our children were small, and returned with a 13 & 15 year old for the holidays this year. It was as perfect now as it was back then! We have done a lot of traveling and it’s hard to find a place as special and warm as this one. Every detail is thought of, and the views from every spot in the house are to be treasured. The island is also magical- so many beaches to choose from and adventure around every corner. We are already talking about coming to this house again, as I can’t imagine finding a better one.”

“For a mid-winter getaway, this was hard to beat. The villa was comfortable, well-equipped, and had amazing views. Sitting in the porch and watching the sun rise, and the boats sliding in and out of Coral Bay, or even just watching the world go by, was incredibly relaxing. Located in the quiet side of St. John, but with great access to hiking trails, beaches, and great restaurants. And if we wanted a few more options, Cruz Bay was just 25 minutes away. We agreed we would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much.”
