Villa Colorado is one of the most popular luxury St John vacation rental villas. Villa Colorado offers four equal king bedroom suites, with spectacular ocean views from every room, brilliant Caribbean sunsets, and a 32′ pool. The combination of equal king bedroom suites and a large pool makes us unique among St John’s rental villas. With lots of space, Villa Colorado is great for families, big groups, weddings and special events. This villa features AC in the bedrooms, soft linens, a huge common screened in open air great room offering a gathering space with a dining table for 10, TV, WIFI and stunning views through the detailed archways. The great room creates plenty of privacy between all 4 suites.

Each bedroom features a king bed and AC with views over the calm bay to the Caribbean Sea. West facing toward St Thomas, the sunset views spill over the property daily making this the kind of home you will not want to leave. The big grassy yard flows gently down hill toward the oversized peanut shaped pool. The house and property are great for kids, who can run around in the early evening safely while you grill your dinner on the gas grill and cool off in the fresh trade winds after a long day at the beach.

“We had 2 couples and 2 singles traveling to St John this year. Villa Colorado fit the bill because we love the neighborhood it's in (we've rented other homes in this neighborhood over the years) and we loved the 4 equal master suites in the house--all were very large and comfortable with big bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and the common room was super comfortable with plenty of seating. At this time of year, the lack of air conditioning in the common room wasn't really an issue, and at the times it got a little warm, the over head fans and stand fans made it much more manageable.The pool and the grounds are beautiful---room to do yoga in the morning and a great pool to swim in at the end of a beach day. The iguanas sunning themselves in the trees and on the pool deck were always fun to see and so were the roosters (if a bit vocal! :) ) and the hens and chicks.We used one of the private chefs the property manager recommended for a lovely dinner at home (Chef Vincent Alterio)--it was nice having what amounted to a concierge service on this trip. The communication before and during the trip by Keri was prompt, professional and perfect.All in all, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Villa Colorado!”

“We were a group of 4 couples that stayed at Villa Colorado. The villa had the perfect floor plan; each couple had their own king bed-master suite, each suite had a view of the bay/pool. We enjoyed lounging in the beautiful backyard around the pool and making memories. House was very clean and well stocked with supplies (paper towel, soap, TP, etc). If you are looking for a wonderful house that has an amazing view, this is it. Thank you, Unique Island Assets for hosting us. We will be back.”
