A spacious, shaded outdoor living room and cocktail bar with fire pit and wood fired pizza oven sits next to the pool, and is undoubtedly the favorite place to lounge and take in the views day and night. A second viewing lounge, the “Checkered Goat Club,” sits perched even higher among the boulders for bigger views and that quintessential happy hour drink, with a bocce court, lounging and bar seating.
Through the 10’ hand carved mahogany doors, you enter the massive great room with ornate coffered ceilings, barefoot ready tumbled natural stone floors, and exquisite design details. Dining for 12 and a gorgeous chef’s kitchen featuring premium appliances like a 48” wolf range, built in refrigeration, and an oversized pantry with additional freezer and beverage fridge space, all washed in the endless views of the Caribbean Sea.
A grand helical staircase leads up to the magnificent primary bedroom, which besides having the most magical wrap around view from the bed, boasts one of the finest and most spacious bathrooms that most people will only ever dream about.
Four other ensuite king bedrooms are stacked in towers on each wing and are furnished with tasteful furniture and premium linens and of course have expansive ocean views. To round out the Villa’s amenities, if you can escape the distraction of the house and view, there is a mahogany-trimmed office and personal gym for guest use. The house has full Air Conditioning and automatic back up power.
If all that was not enough, the home is located within and bordering the Virgin Islands National Park, giving nearly instant access to some of the world’s best beaches and hiking trails. The main town of Cruz Bay is a short drive away and boasts numerous amazing restaurants, iconic bars, unique shopping and access to watersports.
